Applications are open for up to 12 FCT-funded Dual Degree Ph.D. scholarships in cutting-edge ICT areas under the CMU Portugal Program (2027/2028).

Selected students will spend 3 years in Portugal and 2 years at Carnegie Mellon University, earning two Ph.D. degrees upon graduation.
