I have carried out about 10 field researches in Tehran. I have had the responsibility for the implementation of research projects in every case. To this effect, I and my research team had an institution numbed "Ghassedak Neighborhood Searchers" registered. I am the managing director of the institution. Four of our researches had the title "social Impact assessment" and two of the projects were those of establishment of a "cultural, sport and artistic complex" in a neighborhood each. Some of the other researches had the following titles:
- Feasibility study of the provision of socio-cultural services within the worn context of district 9-Tehran.
- An assessment of client satisfaction in sports centers of Tehran.
- A review of the priority of social pathology in district 15- Tehran
- A survey of the participative ness of the citizens residing in district 15- Tehran.
Results of all researches have been compiled in the form of books and made available to the audience, I have also held over 10 workshops in different localities of Tehran in the presence of trustees with the purpose of assessment of the problems faced by each neighborhood and provision of proper solutions. Those taking part in those workshops would choose a common issue which they believed to be a major problem of the neighborhood and they would discuss the case and methods of finding proportion solutions. The experiences I had in that period were facilitation as an activity within the limits of a neighborhood, documentation of workshop reports in the form of films, written materials, photographs, etc.
I have work experiences in the fields of counseling and bringing reduction to damage among children, the youth and family and also as a social worker of the mentally diseased and young criminals, as a group and community social worker, as a researcher and finally as a social facilitator and I can work in those areas. This is while I have the capability of working in other areas of social work as well.
