Covid-19 severely affected all the business sectors of Pakistan and changed the working paradigm to virtual collaboration and work from home practices in every sector in Pakistan. The objective of this study is to empirically investigate the impact of work from home and productivity on the emotional well-being of the workers employing in Internet service company during COVID 19. The respondents consist of males and females who are working in an internet service providing company and experiencing work from home. A close-ended questionnaire was used to collect the responses from 303 respondents via the purposive sampling technique. The scope of the study was limited to Karachi and for that employee working in Internet service providing company and moved to work from the home working environment only; it may give unique results. The reliability test was found significant, data analyzed through Regression model that found a positive relationship between an independent and dependent variable. This study result will help the organization to understand the impact of Work from home and productivity on the emotional well-being of employees and take the decision whether Work from Home can be continued after the pandemic and lockdown or discontinued.
