This paper is an attempt to compare the changing preferences of airline passengers travelling on domestic routes in Pakistan for over three years. The data were collected on-site at Quid-e-Azam International airport Karachi using a self-administered closed ended structured questionnaire having 5-point Likert scale. The respondents were airline passengers disembarking from domestic flights arriving at the airport from various domestic destinations. The sample size consists of 110 passengers in the first survey held in 2015, whereas 150 passengers were in the subsequent study three years later in 2018. The results show a significant deterioration of passengers’ experiences regarding airline service quality over this period. The airline management may like to take suitable measures to improve the quality of their services to retain their respective market shares and improve their profitability.
