The 9th Annual Conference of the Portuguese Association of Energy Economics (APEEN) took place at the University of Aveiro, and was dedicated to exploring the multiple dimensions of decarbonization in the economy. This theme addressed the crucial roles of investment, regulation, and social impact in achieving sustainable, carbon-neutral energy systems.
The conference brought together leading academic scientists, researchers, innovators, and business and social stakeholders in an interdisciplinary context. It provided a platform to present, share, and discuss the latest experiences, research findings, innovations, and ideas related to the energy transition and a sustainable energy future.
