Funding Request

To start funding requests, fill out the form below, available in English and Portuguese.

Please note that:

  • Refunds will only be processed after receipt of manuscripts with the due affiliation and advertising rules for GOVCOPP and FCT respected.
  • All invoices/receipts must also include the data of the entity or service provider: name of the entity issuing the invoice/receipt, address, and Tax Identification Number (VAT Number). Without the data mentioned above, the invoice/receipt is not valid for the University of Aveiro, making reimbursement impossible for the researcher.
  • The funding request must be submitted as soon as possible and sometime prior to the activity that is meant to be funded.

Logos

In the affiliation of authors in all articles and other publications, a mention must be made of GOVCOPP as follows:

  • Author, GOVCOPP, organic unit of the higher education institution, higher education institution.
  • Example: Anabela Botelho, GOVCOPP, DEGEIT, University of Aveiro.

Whenever there is financial support from GOVCOPP for an activity that results in a thesis, article, presentation of a poster, or communication, the following text must be included:

  • This work was financially supported by the research unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policy (UIDB/04058/2020)+(UIDP/04058/2020), funded by national funds through FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia.

Whenever there is financial support from the GOVCOPP for an activity that results in a communication, poster, report, or other printed material, the logos of the Portuguese Republic, Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), and GOVCOPP must be included. These are linked below:
