To accomplish this study, values of air temperature (degrees C) and relative humidity RH (%) were recorded in the daytime, having the measurements of the hygrometric variables been made using a pen data acquisition (Easy Log USB). After collected the data, the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) and the diagram of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) were used. Results showed a consistency in the methods applied and suggest its applicability in the industrial context for the adoption of preventive and organizational measures, and/or for the replacement of equipment.
