Anabela Correia has a PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Salamanca (Spain) and a MSc in Organizational Behavioral from the Institute of Applied Psychology (ISPA). She is a Coordinator Professor of the School of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal and Leader of the Human Resource Management Degree of this Institution. She is a researcher at the Competitiveness, Governance and Public Policy (GOVCOPP) research unit at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. She has published articles in international journals, presented several communications in national and international conferences and her main research interests cover people management, organizational behavior and the quality of working life.
