For Master's Students
Master's students are eligible to join GOVCOPP if they are enrolled in a master's programme at the University of Aveiro and are supervised by a full member of GOVCOPP. To apply for membership, the supervisor must send a email to govcopp@ua.pt to request student membership, the student must complete the following form:

Once they have completed their academic degree, Master's students are removed from the team upon prior notice and may apply for new membership as doctoral students, as described below.
IMPORTANT: Master's students must confirm annually that they are enrolled in a Master's programme at the University of Aveiro or that they have submitted their dissertation for defence. Proof of enrolment or submission of the dissertation must be sent by 30 November each year to govcopp@ua.pt (e.g., for the 2023/24 academic year, supporting documents must be submitted by 30 November 2023).
Note: We are currently unable to integrate new Master's student members due to the restructuring of the funding entity (FCT) and its management platforms.
For Doctoral Students

IMPORTANT: PhD students must confirm annually that they are enrolled in a national doctoral programme or that they have submitted their thesis for defence. Proof of enrolment or thesis submission must be sent by 30 November each year to govcopp@ua.pt (e.g., for the 2023/24 academic year, supporting documents must be submitted by 30 November 2023).
Note: We are currently unable to integrate new PhD's student members due to the restructuring of the funding entity (FCT) and its management platforms.
