Jan Wolf has a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Aveiro, specializing in how principles of equity and efficiency can be applied to the location of services of general interest. He has a master's degree in urban and Regional Planning from the same university and a degree in Sociology from the University of the Beira Interior. His recent publication have focused on spatial inequalities, articulating spatial analysis with stakeholder preferences and perception. He also has significant practical experience in devising local and regional plans for public and private organizations.
