Edimar Ramalho is a Ph.D. student in Business and Economics, specialization in Finance at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Aveiro University, Portugal. He received his Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Viçosa, Brazil and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ouro Preto, Brazil.
He was a Lecturer at the Department of Business, University of Viçosa, Brazil, where he lectured courses in the following areas: Brazilian Economic, Economic and Financial Management. He is currently a research fellow on the R3EA project (Renewable Energy: Economic and Externalities Assessment) and he is a member of the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP). His research interests are Financial Energy Economics, Energy Financial Markets and and financial mathematical models.
