Filomena is a PhD student at the University of Aveiro. She holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the same institute. Her research interests include tourism and rural areas, tourist experiences, tourist satisfaction, loyalt and memorability, co-creation, innovation, sustainability, and rural entrepreneurship.
