'1.º Direito - Programa de Apoio ao Acesso à Habitação' aims to support the promotion of housing solutions for people living in undignified housing conditions who do not have the financial capacity to bear the cost of access to adequate housing. This program saw its operationalisation gain expression with the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), as it was the target of the largest share of funding from PRR's housing component: 44% (1211 million euros).
